Se informa acerca de la entrada en vigencia el 27/03/2021 de la Decisión Administrativa 268/2021 del Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros acerca del Cierre de Fronteras. La norma establece medidas adicionales acerca de los vuelos hacia la Argentina, y determina ciertos controles que se agregan a los actuales para aquellos pasajeros que ingresen al país. En virtud de lo establecido por el Decreto 167/2021 y la Decisión administrativa 219/2021 en su artículo 4, se recomienda a los nacionales o extranjeros residentes en el país y, en particular, a los mayores de SESENTA (60) años de edad o a personas pertenecientes a los grupos en riesgo definidos por la autoridad sanitaria, diferir sus viajes al exterior, cuando los mismos no respondieran al desarrollo de actividades esenciales.

Se destaca que "la salida y el reingreso desde y hacia el país implicará la aceptación de las condiciones sanitarias y migratorias del país de destino y de la REPUBLICA ARGENTINA al regreso, asumiendo las consecuencias sanitarias, legales y económicas derivadas de la misma; tal y como la imposibilidad de iniciar el viaje con síntomas compatibles con COVID-19, la necesidad de contar con un servicio de salud del viajero COVID-19 en el exterior para la cobertura médica y/o aislamiento, y de denunciar los lugares en donde estuvo en los últimos CATORCE (14) días previos al reingreso al país, entre otros. Asimismo, deberá darse cumplimiento a las condiciones impuestas por la autoridad sanitaria nacional y someterse al control de las Autoridades Provinciales, de la CIUDAD AUTONOMA DE BUENOS AIRES y Municipales, en sus respectivas jurisdicciones y ámbitos de su competencia."
