We participated in the “Africa Energy Indaba”, accompanying the Argentine company INVAP, a leader in nuclear technology with the development of research reactors and radioisotope production plants in several countries, including Algeria, Australia, Egypt, India, and the Netherlands.
Its Manager for Central and Eastern Africa, Martín Rivarola, delivered a presentation on the company’s capabilities during the Nuclear Forum, a space that fostered debate on the role of this technology in addressing the continent’s various development challenges. The Forum brought together South African and international officials, business representatives, and nuclear technology specialists.
Argentina is globally recognized in this field. The various applications of the reactors developed by INVAP are fundamental to everyday life, being used in scientific and technological research, education, production, environmental monitoring, and industry. INVAP also operates in other highly complex areas, such as space technology, defense, and security.
