Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of South Africa, Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, will chair next Friday in the city of Pretoria the III Argentine-South African Binational Commission (BICSAA III), a mechanism created by the bilateral agreement signed between the two countries in New York in September 2005 to review periodically- at Foreign Ministers level, the progress made in various areas of bilateral cooperation: political, economic, scientific, technical, cultural, social, human rights and others.
