III-AFRICA-SOUTH AMERICA SUMMIT

Between February 20th and 22nd the Third Meeting of Heads of States and Government s of the countries of Africa and South America was held in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. You can find in this link the declaration of Malabo, text in which the 54 signatories recognize the legitimate rights of sovereignty of Argentina over the Malvinas Islands, Georgias del Sur and  Sandwich del Sur (paragraph 26) and reaffirm that the Chagos Archipelago, including Diego Garcia, is an integral part of the territory of the Republic of Mauritius (paragraph 28):
