The 15th Annual GRUALC Soccer Championship took place on 22 August 2015 at the University of Pretoria sports ground.

This year 12 schools from Tshwane and Johannesburg participated and represented the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, and Italy and Spain.

The games were nine a side, and after the group round the three best teams plus the second best got to the semifinals. The semifinalists were Ecuador, Italy, Spain and Venezuela. Finally, the podium turned out to be much more European than Latin American with Italy winning the championship, represented by Pholosho School in Alexandra, and Spain getting the third place, represented by St. Daniel Combony Catholic Church, an after care. The runner up was Ecuador, whose coach was voted best coach by the referees. The country was represented by Nantes Primary School in Eesterust.

For the past five years the tournament was organised by the Embassy of Argentina.

Sponsors of the event over the years included The University of Pretoria, Ambassadors Duty Free, Honda, Good to Great Gifts, Sur It, Stuttaford Van Lines, Elliott Mobility, Micro-D and Waterkloof Guest House.

The highlight on Saturday was that the University of Pretoria invited each child, their teachers and coaches and all the staff from the Embassies involved to watch the Premier League match between Amatuks and Polokwane City.
